Nice spot for some coffee! Large variety of pastries and baked goods! There was plenty of different coffee options as well!. Everything tasted great. Ample seating inside and outside on the terrace. Love that it's close to the center so you can walk around and shop.
I love spending my study sessions at Richard’s. I drive 25 minutes out of my way to come here because they always offer a pleasant experience.The atmosphere is always so welcoming and positive. The owners are always around making sure everyones is enjoying themselves. Every drink I’ve tried has been fantastic as well as their pastries (especially the cinnamon pound cake). If you’re looking for a great spot to study and enjoy some high-quality coffee, this is definitely the place to go!
Met the owners today while having breakfast during the Saturday morning market. The store was very busy but the line was quick and food came out delicious and fast. You can get coffees, pastries, bagles, and sandwiches. I had the Rocky and definitely would recommend 👌
Such a nice clean cafe. I ordered Canadian bacon egg and cheese on gluten free bread ☺️ I was very excited. It did not disappoint. The texture of the bread was soft and tasty which is hard to come by. There were also giant pastries that were not gluten free but looked and smelled fantastic.
I ordered a iced white chocolate mocha w/ oat milk - this is the best WCM I've ever had- it was delicious. I ordered a strawberry cheese Danish , a few bagels, and coffee cake (to-go). So far I've only tried the Danish and it was a 10/10. It was soft, fresh, lots of filling and flavorful. All the baked goods were a nice portion size ( easily shareable). I noticed a few vegan baked goods at the counter. The coffee shop itself of a nice size. Richards is attached to the local library. I found free parking across the street.
Me and my family have been coming to this establishment for years now. Their customer service is absolutely top tier. Every one of their employees is friendly and incredibly attentive and go the extra mile by remembering your name and you’re usual order. In a time when there are coffee shops on every corner they stand out. From locally sourced baked goods, to great ambiance with out door seating available , while maintaining monthly coffee menus that change with the season they guarantee that even when there is a line out the door you can expect the bar service to be efficient and your order to be ready in a timely manner. It is abundantly clear that the owners of this fine establishment truly do care. If I could give 10 stars I would. If you are in the Winter Haven area give it a try you won’t regret it!

A special shout-out to Anaya — she was incredibly kind, remembered me all the way from Tampa, and made my visit feel even more personal. The food was delicious, the vibe was amazing, and everything was fresh and full of flavor. They’re open until 5 p.m., and I honestly recommend this place 100% to anyone looking for great food, great people, and a great experience. I absolutely love it here! The owner Koreen is amazing as well.
